Many of our pieces listed for sale are vintage, antique, or pre-owned items that bears marks and imperfections consistent with their age and life before we found them. We strive to be as accurate as possible in our descriptions and photographs of these pieces.
Shipping & Returns
At VINTICA our array of unique items come in a variety of different shapes, sizes and weights, so we are committed to finding the best delivery service available for each item, in order to minimize the cost to you. As a small company, VINTICA does not make any profit from delivery and we are transparent about these costs as opposed to hiding them in the price of our products. As a general rule, delivery charges are based on the size and weight of the items ordered.
For larger furniture items and items exceeding standard weights, specialist courier charges may apply.
The following terms and conditions apply to all returns:
- Please advise us by email within 14 days from the date you receive your order if you wish to return an item. Once the return has been approved by VINTICA, the item must be received by us within 14 days. We must be informed via email before you send the item(s) back.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the costs of sending the item back.
- Items should be returned by trackable delivery method and insured for their full retail value. You are responsible for them until we have received and checked them.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
